Investment opportunity in SA` fastest growing property “hot spot”
As a result of two large mining giants, Kumba Iron Ore Mine and Assmang (PTY) Ltd, who both have projected an enormous amount of iron-ore to be extracted in the region, there is a significant population growth expected over the next 10 years.
According to the Kathu local municipality, an estimated development growth of an additional 11000 stands should be set out over the next 10 years to meet the rising demand.
Currently, there are only about 7000 stands at this current stage and based on this estimated forecast, the town stands to double of the next few years.
