| | | Principal : | | | Alberton has a number of factors that make it a popular area for buyers & investors alike, such as excellent municipal support, central location, relatively low rates & taxes, excellent amenities, minimal traffic congestion & easy access to all major highways.
In general, the cheapest entry level homes in Alberton are priced at R500 000, while in Brackenhurst & Brackendowns , mid-level homes sell for between R800k to R1,2million.
Luxury homes in up-market areas such as Meyersdal & Alberante usually sell for between R2.5m and R4m, but homes in the area have been known to sell for prices of up to R15million. The majority of activity & buyers interest in Alberton, is generally in the R800 000 to R1,3m price bracket.
There are two new developed suburbs in the Alberton area namely; South Downs and Meyersig. Although these are lower priced suburbs, where homes sell for between R700 000 and R1 mil, they are snapped up quickly by buyers when they do come onto the market.
Overall, Alberton offers very good value for money for any home buyer & excellent return on investment for the property investor.
